Services

Three offerings. One method.

Small team. Fixed time, fixed budget, movable scope. No factories, no proposals the size of a novel, no handing your project to someone you’ve never met after the ink is dry.

We do less, on purpose.

What we do.

01 / APEX

Agnostic Protocol Edge Exchange.

Hardware and software for smart buildings. The edge box that speaks the protocols already in your estate, and the layer that makes the whole thing legible.

APEX is vendor-agnostic by design. BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT: every site runs a different mix, and ours runs all of them. The hardware sits on the network, the software sits above it, and the estate becomes one thing you can read, monitor, and act on.

Where most edge products lock you into a vendor stack, APEX doesn't. It speaks to whatever's already there.

You get

  • Edge devices that speak BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT
  • A single software layer over a multi-vendor estate
  • Asset registers and operating documentation for what is actually deployed
  • Commissioning, handover, and runbooks the next engineer can use
  • Vendor-agnostic by design, no lock-in by accident

BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT. The protocols change. The work doesn't.

02 / In-house cloud

Infrastructure on hardware you own.

The systems your team runs on, in a rack you control.

Virtualization, storage, source control, internal apps, build infrastructure, identity, monitoring, backups. The whole stack, in one place, behind one set of credentials.

After the install, the cost is the rack: power, network, the occasional drive. No per-seat increase, no egress surprise, no committed-spend uplift on next year's renewal.

You get

  • A virtualization cluster sized for your team
  • Source control, internal apps, and build infrastructure your team runs without a SaaS bill
  • Identity, networking, and remote access wired in from day one
  • Backups, monitoring, and the runbooks to keep them honest
  • Documentation your team can actually use

Cloud bills add up. Sometimes a rack is the right answer. Sometimes it isn't. We'll tell you which.

03 / Custom access control

No passes. No keys. All online.

Microcontroller-based access controllers wired into the strikes on your doors. A web app for admins. NFC and QR for users, both routed through the user's phone.

One controller drives several doors. Each door is a relay output, each relay drives an electric strike. The cloud holds the access policy and the audit log. The controller holds nothing.

Off-the-shelf access systems make their assumptions for you. Ours don't. The same hands that design the controller write the firmware, build the cloud, and ship the install.

You get

  • Door controllers built around your locks, not the other way round
  • Cloud admin app for users, doors, and audit logs
  • NFC and QR entry through the user's phone, no cards or fobs to issue
  • Custom integrations: directory services, fire alarm overrides, building automation
  • Hardware, firmware, and software, from one team

Most access systems were designed for a different building, in a different decade. We design ours for yours.

Ready when you are

Let’s scope something real.
